Our Harbor Cove memory care community combines professional, supportive memory care with plenty of opportunities for friendship, community, and stimulation. Carla Kostecki

Executive DirectorEmail: ckostecki@capricommunities.comCarla joined in August 2017. She worked as a CNA for two years before helping to open a hospice community where she gained most of her experience as a Clinical Assistant. Carla's favorite part of her job is being able to build lasting relationships with her residents and coworkers. She loves to listen to their stories and watch the excitement they have telling them. The common areas of Harbor Campus are always full with residents chatting and spending time together, so it's easy to socialize with long-time residents and meet new people

Assistant Executive DirectorEmail: dnelson@capricommunities.comDiane joined the Harbor Campus team in 2018. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing. Diane has twenty years of experience in the senior housing industry. She said " I am passionate about assisting families with finding the best option for their loved one." Diane loves listening to each resident and making the moving process as smooth as possible.

Tiffany Barnet

LPNEmail: tbarnet@capricommunities.comTiffany joined the team in 2017. She graduated from Lakeshore Technical college with a degree in nursing assistance. Tiffany loves working with the residence, she always listens to the residence problem,concerns, or questions and always resolves it. " I'll do whatever I can to help others" she said. When Tiffany is not working she loves spending time with her husband and three kids.

Carrie Preisler

Culinary ManagerEmail: cpreisler@capricommunities.comCarrie joined in July 2007. After graduating high school, she went to work in an Italian restaurant for 10 years under a chef who had trained in Italy. "Breakfast is my favorite meal to make as it's the fuel to start your day," said Carrie. "Meals are important not only for nutrition, but also for socialization and reminiscing."
Carrie loves spending time with her two children. Her son and daughter both work with children, her daughter working with children with disabilities. She also enjoys camping and fishing, two things she finds very relaxing.
